You and Ruby live on Zoom breaking down your audit in plain English and building a personalized plan forward.
After that, the price goes back up and this one-time celebration offer disappears.
➧ A latte.
➧ A muffin.
➧ A candle you’ll forget to light.
➧ Or a mini marketing audit + 30-minute strategy call
that could actually change your business.
You’ll walk away with insight, direction, and a plan that fits your business.”
My name is Ruby Benoit, and I am a recovering perfectionist and the CEO and Founder of Craft Good Business.
For over 20 years, I lived and breathed marketing, branding, and events in the corporate world, leading initiatives across tourism, hospitality, social impact, and executive leadership, most recently as a VP of Marketing.
In 2015, the marketing department was restructured, and my VP role was phased out. I faced a choice: stay in corporate or start the agency I always wanted. I'd seen many talented businesses struggling because they were too focused on daily operations and lacked the time or team to grow. I knew I could help fix that.
So, I took the leap and built Craft Good Business, a boutique marketing agency built on clarity, strategy, and a profound love for dogs (yes, really).
Doing it alone? I’ve been there. The pressure. The chaos. The “how do I grow and keep my sanity?” spiral. That lived experience gave me more than empathy. It gave me fire.
I built my agency, Craft Good Business, to be the marketing partner I wish I had: strategic, no- fluff, clear, human, and fiercely committed to helping you grow and get results that matter without the guesswork.
Our unique selling points include a focus on clarity, a human centered approach, and a commitment to delivering results that matter to you and your business.
This is marketing leadership done for you so you can get back to running your business and doing what you love.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter anything. Especially not with marketing.
Your messaging should move people. And sometimes, a tail-wagging welcome is more potent than a polished pitch. (Did you catch the pun? Good.)
I love dogs. They keep me grounded, loyal, playful, curious, and wildly present. That’s the same energy I bring into every client relationship. It’s why dogs are part of our DNA here.
Whether I’m building a brand strategy or mapping out a marketing funnel, I approach the work with heart and a little grit. I call it marketing with bite, a strategy that’s both sharp and full of heart.
Craft Good Business is built for people who want to grow without selling their souls or spending
their days buried in tech they don’t understand and never signed up for.
The energy I bring to every client relationship is all in, tail-wagging, ready to go.
I’ve collaborated with clients across the United States and internationally, including those from
Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. These diverse experiences have deepened my
understanding of how to connect with different audiences and sharpened my strategic lens.
Whether I’m working with a locally focused brand or a global enterprise, I bring a nuanced
perspective that helps craft messaging and strategies that resonate across markets and
cultures.
